Workshops

Jaya is passionate about sharing how yoga has transformed her music in both practice and performance. Geared towards high school, college, and professional-level musicians, these workshops cover the topics of meditation, yoga and movement, and harnessing the power of your word for intentional practice and powerful performance.

Participants will come away with tools to help them learn to speak the language of possibility, focus the mind, and transform their approach to music making.

These unique offerings have been presented the students of New England Conservatory, Houston Viola Society, AFA Texas, and through courses with ArtistEmpowered.
